The Story Behind VIP

VIP is about Voices, Insights, Perspectives, and a dynamic platform for connection, solidarity, and meaningful impact.

VIP with Linord is the flagship program of the VIP News Network on VIPNews.tv, and an interactive talk show celebrating African excellence and global partnership. Hosted by seasoned broadcast journalist Linord Moudou, the program is about Visionaries and Inspiring People and features compelling profiles, in-depth conversations with accomplished Africans across the Diaspora and on the continent, friends of Africa, and champions of Africa's progress, as well as transformative institutions impacting today and shaping the future.

RONIL Studios, based in the Washington, DC region, powers all VIP News Network content. As a multimedia production company, we specialize in creating distinctive digital and broadcast content that resonates. Our team brings decades of combined expertise across audio production, video storytelling, and multimedia development—delivering professional content that informs, inspires, and engages.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Linord R. Moudou

Linord Moudou is CEO of RONIL Media House, an agency specialized in media consulting and project management.

Linord Moudou has had a diverse career in communication, with experience ranging from broadcast and print journalism to Public Relations. She is a seasoned journalist and TV personality with over a decade of experience. She has been a television and radio producer, Anchor, and Reporter at the Voice of America’s (VOA) headquarters in Washington DC.

Over the years, Moudou has interviewed prominent leaders and newsmakers including President Hage Geingob of Namibia; Microsoft Co-Founder Bill Gates and his wife Melinda Gates; President of Liberia Ellen Johnson Sirleaf; UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon; NBA Champion and Philanthropist Dikembe Mutombo; International Fashion Model Noella Coursaris; Dr. Bennett Omalu who discovered CTE in American football; Sani Dangote of the Dangote Group and Ndaba Mandela, Author, Activist and grandson of Nelson Mandela.

As a bilingual (French-English) moderator and MC, she has hosted many high-level events including the United Nations Every Women Every Child progress report with then UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon and the Confederation of Africa Football – CAF symposium in Morocco.

Linord is Founder of MILDOVE International, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support to African children with Autism and provide education for children and support for women in Africa living in extreme poverty, especially women and children. The organization, is the presenter of MILDOVE Leadership Program (formerly Little Malaika International), a program for Boys & Girls in the USA that aims to empower kids to become leaders through training and leadership summer camp, encourage them to make a difference in their communities, and promote cultural exchange among diverse communities.
